Yes. From the menu, do [[b File > Open Existing]] (and move to the desired project directory). Then type the new page's name (with or without the .db extension -- [[b WikiWriter]] will add the extension if you leave it off) into the [[b File Name]], and click on [[b Open]]. The new page will be created in the selected directory and opened in [[b WikiWriter]] for editing.
